Communications with the company to book the service was excellent as they addressed all our questions and provided a quote in almost no time. On the day of the move, they were extremely professional, efficient, and also friendly and they did a superb job moving our more than 70 boxes & furniture. I have moved multiple times and worked with multiple companies and City Removals was by far the best of all and I will recommend them with no hesitation. Many thanks Asta & team!

The guys took a lot of care with our furniture and boxes.
Everything arrived safe and sound. They even took the time to show me how to re-assemble the sofa!

We couldn't have found better service. Asta arranged a gentleman to come to the flat to quote for the removals service, we needed two vans and four men, and were given a very reasonable price. On the day, they turned up promptly and couldn't have been more professional, or more friendly. It was a long day moving from a second floor flat (with no lift!) in Nottingham all the way to a storage unit in the Wirral, but the guys were a joy to be around. One of our chest of drawers was broken, which they fixed - so our stuff came off the van better than it went in! I can't recommend this company highly enough. City Removals East Midlands are EXCELLENT!
I have used them three times now in the past year and they have been really excellent.  Asta in the office is always helpful and happy to change the date of a move if possible, if it gets delayed. Agi makes sure to visit to assess exactly what needs to move and how long it will take.  Then he and the other guys are really professional on the day.  They take down and reassemble beds, tables, etc. and disconnect and reconnect the washing machine or dishwasher.  They also have mattress covers, hanging wardrobes, TV/large picture boxes, carpet protector etc. And they are friendly and helpful and work incredibly hard to get everything done in the quickest time possible.  PLUS they are cheaper than many rivals.
