The team were awesome, arrived on time, we had a quick chat to agree the plan for the day and then before we could finish a coffee it was all systems go.

They took great care with all our stuff, and filled their van more efficiently than I thought possible! On the unloading, they were once again crazy efficient, methodical and careful. Our main living area is on the first floor so most items had to go up the stairs, no matter all done with professionalism and great spirit. We were recommended City Removals and will absolutely be passing that forwards!

We moved today from a flat in the city centre out to a house in Nottingham outskirt, and City Removals made a day I had been dreading into a straightforward one.

The booking was easy. I sent photos and a list of what was moving over WhatsApp and Asta came back with a clear quote the same afternoon, no survey needed. She answered everything I asked, including questions about insurance and parking, and where she could not do something she said so plainly and explained why rather than fudging it. That honesty was one of the reasons I chose them over a cheaper quote.

On the day Edig and Dave arrived a minute before the agreed time. They got straight to work, were friendly and easy to have around, and were quick without ever looking rushed or careless. We were moving into an unfurnished house so it was mostly boxes, and a good many of them were much heavier than they looked. Not one word of complaint from either of them, and they carried the lot down into the new place cheerfully.

The price was very competitive for two men and a van and the amount of work involved. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are the first people I will be pointing friends towards when they move, and they will be my first call next time we do. Thank you again to Asta, Edig and Dave.

It was great doing business with City Removals for our long haul house move. They were cost worthy and high quality. Communication was very clear with Asta over email and when Agis and Dave arrived on the day, they were very professional and careful in their moving of furniture. They packed their van very well and had covers for items. They also arrived at our new home quickly and unloaded efficiently. Would use them again, we also appreciated Agis' humour; it made the experience memorable.

What a professional team! 2nd time to find city Removals East Midlands Ltd, highly appreciated for their help. They do clean and fast job in 2 hours, no extra charge even pick up the furnitures in 2 different places. Definitely will find them again if we upsize in the future. Recommended 👍

I would highly recommend City Removals. They moved my partners stuff out of his house, arranged storage of it for 6 months and then delivered it all (along with mine) with no damages. The guys came to pack my house up, moved us the next day and then took my partners stuff out of storage and delivered that. It was 35 degrees on 2/3 days and they were going up and down two flights of stairs- no moaning just cheerful smiles. Absolutely fantastic team and it felt like a reasonable price!

Excellent, efficient and friendly service, more than happy to recommend. Plans inevitably change and a partner who always tries to flex is essential.

City Removals' service, from the pre-sale stage to the actual moving day, was excellent. They responded to all my messages very quickly and were always helpful.

On the day of the move, the team arrived on time and worked incredibly hard. They were responsible, efficient, and handled all our belongings with great care. We had quite a lot to move, but they still managed to complete everything on time.

I’m very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend City Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company.

We recently used City Removals East Midlands for our long-distance house move and were very pleased with the service.

Asta was very helpful and professional throughout the booking process, with clear communication and a detailed quotation. On moving day, the team worked extremely hard. It was a long and demanding move and took longer than originally expected, but they remained helpful and professional throughout.

Most importantly, all of our belongings, including our upright piano, arrived safely at our new home.

A big thank you to Asta and the whole removal team for all their hard work. We really appreciate your help in getting us safely moved into our new home and would happily recommend City Removals East Midlands.
